Andrew Herring
Specialty:
Certifications:
Certified Pilates Instructor through the ASFA (American Sports & Fitness Association)
Body Alchemist Pilates Trainer certificate.
My Philosophy:
Andrew advocates for personal fitness not only based on the health benefits, but for the emotional and mental betterment that can result from becoming physically fit. He strongly believes that Pilates is a tool that readily unlocks fitness potential and provides a host of benefits. These include an increase in energy, better posture, a leaner appearance, a boost in self-esteem and marked improvement in overall well-being.
My Passion:
Andrew’s motivation for pursing Pilates is personal, as all four members of his immediate family have experienced significant back pain and/or spinal surgery. He believes in the importance of both injury prevention and rehabilitation. As his background includes gymnastics and dance, he is no stranger to sore muscles and injury! He understands the importance of being able to bounce back after a strained muscle or a broken bone. Andrew believes that the art of Pilates balances an optimal blend of strength and flexibility which can benefit any person at every fitness level.
