I had given up on the gym and most other forms of physical exercise as too painful and off the mark. After one session, Bruno knew instinctively, almost supernaturally what was wrong with me before I could tell him; and then he devised a Pilates exercise regimen to address my needs.
Bruno and his team are certified trainers. Each instructor will take each client's health and skill level into account before starting any personalized workout.

Lencola Shipp
Lencola Shipp
Lencola feels that everyone can benefit from Pilates so she wants to share her passion with everyone who chooses to take part. Pilates first came to Lencola in 2002 when a close friend of hers brought a video over for their weekly workout. Lencola admits that she disliked Pilates in the beginning, not because she thought it was boring or hard but because she felt that the video did not give proper instructions. So she decided to give Pilates another shot by looking up a local Pilates Studio. After her first instructor lead session she was hooked! From their Lencola enrolled in the teacher-training program and started her teaching career. Push Pilates provided a 900 hr training program that taught the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Tower, Chair, Mat, Yoga, Stretching and Rehabilitation/Special Needs Population.
The program really focused on cueing and alignment as well as the traditional and non-traditional Pilates exercises. Lencola has been teaching Pilates for the past 5 years and is currently a student of Fashion Design at The Art Institute-San Diego for Fashion Design and enjoys dancing the night away.
